NIDO (Nest), part of the CUORIDIPIETRA collection, invites reflection on motherhood as a deeply personal choice, and the social pressure that often surrounds this desire. In this narrative, time takes center stage, highlighting the frequent conflict between biology and societal expectations.
The sculpture portrays the sensation of being trapped in a web of expectations, where the clock symbolizes the social pressure weighing upon the desire for motherhood. It is a work that calls for a profound release from cultural conditioning.
“Cuoridipietra” is a digital art project that demands an exercise in intellectual honesty. It asks us to look beyond appearances, to face our shadows, and to take active responsibility for the world around us.
