A Leopardian remembrance at times, intermittently.
The shreds of one of the most famous and recognizable works of the melancholic Leopardi, left legible so as to transform the memory into something new and beautiful.
An uncoordinated text, but that works because it is able to keep the reader in a positive state. It preserves the essence of L’Infinito in an adventure of the mind held close to memories, artistically materialized by a nitrile rubber O-ring that envelops a book of “POESIE” by Giacomo Leopardi, original edition Salani 1901.
A picture created in the wake of modern graphic choices but that, after the work, has brought out the reference to the art of “erasure” created by Master Emilio Isgrò. Debated the choice to expose it in public in respect of the great Master who, far from it, gave his grateful approval to the project, presented through the same Isgrò Archive.
